Step into this Regional Sales Manager (Pharma) role and build something that matters in Healthcare.
Pharma sales in the UK is getting harder to break into and more rewarding once you're in. An established Healthcare business based in Oxford, a city with one of the densest clusters of life sciences activity in the country, is looking for someone who can own a region and grow it properly. This isn't a graduate scheme dressed up as a career. It's a genuine mid-level Regional Sales Manager (Pharma) role with a defined patch, real targets, and a company that wants you to stay long enough to build something.
Here's what you'll be doing:

- Reporting on regional performance and flagging where the market is shifting before it costs you a deal
Here are the skills you'll need:
- Proven pharma or healthcare sales experience, ideally at regional or territory level
- Comfortable owning a number and being accountable for it, not just chasing activity
- Strong relationship-building skills with clinical and commercial stakeholders
- Sharp commercial instincts. You should be able to read a deal and know when to push and when to wait
- Confident with CRM systems and pipeline reporting
- Full UK driving licence, given the regional travel this role demands
Key perks and perks:
- £43,500 to £67,500 depending on experience, plus bonus schemes
- Hybrid working, based out of Oxford with flexibility on where you do your best work
- Private medical insurance and pension contribution
- Structured annual leave with genuine flexible working, not just a line in the handbook
- Room to grow into a bigger regional or national role as the company expands
Why pursue a career in Healthcare?
Healthcare doesn't slow down, and pharma sales sits right at the point where commercial skill meets patient outcomes. Oxford is one of the strongest places in the UK to build a career here, with a life sciences ecosystem that keeps pulling in investment and talent. Good people in this field don't struggle to find their next step. They get pulled into bigger regions, bigger portfolios, and better packages.
