SWTCH seeks a Solutions Engineer with at least three years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales. You will guide technical discovery, recommend hardware and software solutions, and support strategic project pursuits. The position connects sales, Product, Engineering, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical pre-sales conversations for the national sales team
- Assess site conditions, electrical capacity, charging needs, and business goals
- Design hardware, software, load management, and network solutions
- Write RFP responses, compliance matrices, designs,



and pricing inputs
- Configure awarded sites when needed

Requirements:

- Three or more years in solutions engineering or technical pre-sales
- Working knowledge of Level 2, DCFC, and OCPP standards
- Experience supporting technical RFP sections for strategic projects
- Hands-on hardware testing and equipment vendor experience
- Solid communication, presentation, organization, and deadline management skills
