Plan mining maintenance with Maximo expertise at Sandvik Mining’s Upper Beaver site in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. This permanent role works on site, Monday through Friday, during regular daytime hours.

The Maintenance Planner supports Sandvik’s full maintenance contract at Upper Beaver. You will coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, and backlog work while maintaining accurate records across Maximo and the customer’s JDE CMMS. The role supports safe, efficient execution through scheduling, materials coordination, reporting, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and communicate short and long term maintenance schedules
- Issue preventive maintenance work orders through Maximo
- Coordinate labour, materials, tools, and equipment access




- Prepare parts kits and job information for technicians
- Generate equipment availability, backlog, and maintenance reports

Requirements:

- Previous maintenance planning experience in mining preferred
- Experience using Maximo, JDE, or another CMMS
- Solid planning, scheduling, reporting, and analytical skills
- Computer literacy for accurate multi-system maintenance data
- Availability to work on site at Upper Beaver
