As Principal Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design initiatives for complex product areas. You will define design strategy, simplify complicated workflows, and guide product direction. Your work will align user needs, business goals, and architectural design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own user experience from concept through product launch
- Conduct interviews and usability testing when necessary
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups
- Collaborate with engineers on high-quality implementation
- Evolve design systems and champion user-centric culture

Requirements:

- Eight or more years as a Product Designer
- Senior or principal leadership experience
- Portfolio showing complex product design problem-solving
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and self-direction
