As Senior Project Engineer, you will manage projects from concept and feasibility through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. You will translate business requirements into practical engineering solutions while coordinating multidisciplinary stakeholders. The work includes budgets, schedules, risks, standards, and regulatory compliance across Barry Callebaut's North American Cocoa Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum six years of progressive engineering and project management experience
- Complex capital project leadership within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Advanced AutoCAD proficiency and project management software expertise
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
