You will lead annual strategic planning and enterprise projects across Sun Life’s business groups and geographic markets. Key Responsibilities:

- Translate ambiguous issues into explicit problem statements and hypotheses
- Lead strategy projects, workstreams, and implementation planning
- Present findings and facilitate senior management discussions




- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market developments
- Manage and coach Directors and Senior Consultants

Requirements:

- 10+ years of relevant business experience
- Experience ideally within insurance or financial services
- Understanding of a Sun Life business area and geographic markets
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing professionals
