DM Elite Talent is assisting a client seeking a Union Supervisor for warehouse operations. This position leads unionized teams, coordinates with Senior Management, and supports Warehouse Associates. The supervisor monitors performance, ensures Collective Bargaining Agreement compliance, and maintains food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain warehouse and distribution areas to company and safety standards
- Coordinate efficient customer order movement with Senior Management
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy




- Coach direct reports and provide hands-on floor support
- Address grievances, incidents, attendance, breaks, and performance

Requirements:

- Three-plus years managing unionized employees in a similar role
- Ability to work in unionized and non-unionized environments
- Ability to lift fifty pounds and stack pallets
- Availability six days weekly, Sunday through Friday
- Ability to work in cold temperatures
