Novo is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to cover a maternity leave, with hybrid work from our Quebec City office. You will support recruitment activities, onboarding, benefits administration and HR policy implementation while partnering with managers to ensure smooth operations.

You bring at least three years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and solid communication skills. Fluency in French/English is a plus.
