University Health Network (UHN) is seeking a bioinformatician with proven single-cell RNA sequencing experience to join the Toronto Hepatitis B research program. The candidate will work on large scRNAseq datasets (>3,000,000 cells) and integrate AI tools into the analysis pipeline, coupling clinical data with transcriptomics.

The role involves developing pipelines, clustering immune cell populations, and mentoring graduate students.
