As Manager, Grant Finance & Compliance, you will support Nutrition International’s donor-funded portfolio under Senior Manager guidance. The position covers proposal budgets, forecasts, grant reporting, expenditure monitoring, and compliance reviews. You will collaborate with program, business development, regional, and country finance teams throughout the grant lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop donor proposal budgets and forecasts aligned with workplans
- Maintain grant budgets and forecasts in financial systems
- Analyze budget-to-actual results and explain variances
- Prepare donor financial reports and close-out submissions




- Support audits, partner reviews, and compliance improvements

Requirements:

- University degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- At least five years of progressive relevant experience
- Experience managing complex multi-year budgets exceeding CAD 2 million
- Donor audit, partner reporting, and compliance experience
- Fluency in English; French proficiency is an asset
