This Business Analyst role supports Private Equity Valuations initiatives across valuation workflows and financial data applications. You will document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The work connects valuation stakeholders, deal teams, and engineering organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Map end-to-end valuation multiple determination workflows
- Liaise between engineering teams and valuation stakeholders
- Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Design review, override, and approval processes
- Validate prototype outputs against real-world valuation models

Requirements:

- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Solid Private Equity Valuations domain expertise
- Understanding of trading comparables and precedent transactions
- Experience documenting complex financial application requirements
- Experience leading User Acceptance Testing activities
