The Manager, Organizational Effectiveness is a strategic Human Resources leader reporting to the VP, Human Resources. This role oversees talent acquisition, talent development, organizational development, change management, inclusion and belonging, employer branding, succession planning, and HR governance. You will partner with HRBPs, business leaders, HQ, and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop the Organizational Effectiveness Team
- Execute enterprise-wide organizational effectiveness strategies
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, and succession planning




- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives
- Maintain HR governance, policies, controls, and compliance

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum five years in a senior leadership role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Robust organizational effectiveness, talent management, and HR analytics experience
- Knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and HR best practices
