Lead grant research and proposal development remotely for Estoras Group, using strong writing, analysis, and business communication skills.

This part time or consulting specialist reports to Executive Leadership and supports multiple companies. You will identify Canadian funding programs, prepare applications, coordinate proposals, and translate technical concepts into business value. The work spans AI, technology development, digital transformation, R&D;, commercialization, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and assess relevant Canadian grants and funding opportunities
- Own applications from research through submission and follow-up
- Prepare project narratives, budgets, evidence, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate RFP, RFI, RFQ, and client proposal responses
- Track deadlines, contributors,



decisions, outcomes, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

- Experience preparing grants, funding applications, or commercial proposals
- Excellent writing, editing, research, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Canadian eligibility and compliance requirements
- Ability to construct business cases, narratives, budgets, and submissions
- Independent organization, commercial judgment, and deadline ownership
