Design Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex and Lightning while working provisionally hybrid, seven and one quarter hours daily, Monday through Friday.

This senior Solutions Designer develops and configures Salesforce Field Service solutions from user stories and low-level designs. The work includes Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Foundation, Salesforce Platform, and LWC. You will perform fit-gap analysis, integrate external applications, and apply security models, coding standards, and Agile/Scrum practices. The assignment supports Ontario public-sector technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate Salesforce components, frameworks, and technology products
- Design and configure Salesforce Field Service solutions
- Build REST and SOAP integrations with external applications




- Migrate changes using Salesforce DX, Jenkins, and ANT
- Transfer designs, development artifacts, and documentation to ministry repositories

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of Salesforce development experience
- Hands-on Apex, LWC, VisualForce, SOQL, and SOSL knowledge
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification
- Experience with Government of Ontario standards and public-sector organizations
