Lead Bayer’s Canadian launch strategy for an oral Factor XIa inhibitor in a adaptable hybrid role based in Mississauga, Ontario.

Reporting to Bayer Inc.’s President and CEO, this Product Lead will direct strategic, launch, and financial accountability. The position requires pharmaceutical leadership, Canadian launch experience, and cross-functional execution. You will translate market insights into positioning, readiness, investment, and customer-engagement decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead pre-launch planning, launch execution, and post-launch optimization
- Build multi-year roadmaps with milestones, risks, and performance indicators
- Translate global strategy into Canadian positioning and segmentation
- Coordinate market, customer, field, access, supply, and organizational readiness




- Adjust plans using clinical, policy, competitive, and market developments

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related discipline
- At least eight years’ strategic pharmaceutical leadership experience
- Recent successful Canadian pharmaceutical launch experience required
- Experience leading complex cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Cardiovascular, neurology, or hospital-market experience strongly preferred
