Lead Royalmount hotel development at Carbonleo, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, risks, and delivery from planning through operator handover.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, you will manage the integrated Royalmount hotel project across planning, design, construction, commissioning, and handover. The work includes coordinating architects, engineers, hospitality consultants, contractors, operators, and internal stakeholders. You will incorporate owner, brand, operator, environmental, and regulatory requirements throughout execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish implementation plans, milestones, deliverables, and decision timelines
- Coordinate qualified teams and resolve interdisciplinary interfaces
- Manage budgets, forecasts, variances, schedules, and project risks
- Oversee design reviews, permitting, construction,



testing, and acceptance
- Report decisions, readiness, commitments, and risks to management

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, real estate, or related field
- 10 years managing large-scale real estate or construction projects
- Hospitality experience or complex operational project experience
- Knowledge of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
- Advanced French and English proficiency, spoken and written
