Reporting to the General Supervisor, Mine Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, the Mine Maintenance Planner develops, coordinates, and improves planned maintenance work. The position connects Mine Maintenance Execution, Reliability, Supply Chain, and Mine Operations teams. Responsibilities include job planning, backlog management, materials coordination, forecasting, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed job scopes, plans, materials, labour, permits, and tooling
- Manage work order backlogs and prioritize safety-critical work
- Coordinate meetings, estimates, budgets, forecasts, and project documentation




- Collaborate with Reliability, Execution, tradespeople, and Supply Chain
- Conduct inspections, hazard assessments, observations, and contractor safety reviews

Requirements:

- Journeyperson ticket or related engineering or technical diploma
- At least two years of maintenance planning experience
- Proficiency with Maximo, SAP, or comparable CMMS platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and process skills
