This senior Superintendent role oversees one large scale highrise residential project through completion. You will guide field teams while managing safety, scheduling, budgets, quality control, and client satisfaction. The work requires robust construction knowledge, communication, leadership, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee staff delivering a complex highrise residential project
- Maintain schedules, milestones, and solutions for delays
- Lead Project Quality Program development and PEP conformance

Requirements:

- 10+ years of full cycle highrise residential experience
- Experience leading teams on complex construction projects
- Knowledge of OH&S; and environmental standards
