This HR Compliance Officer role supports lawful, ethical workforce practices across federal, provincial, and local requirements. You will develop compliance programs, monitor legislative changes, manage documentation, and guide HR staff and management. The position requires independent work, robust organization, and careful handling of confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:
