Operate run-of-river hydroelectric facilities at Innergex’s Stave site, using monitoring and troubleshooting skills in a remote camp schedule. Paid travel days accompany the rotation.

Reporting to operations leadership or the Site Supervisor, this O3-level Operator works with a multi-skilled crew. The work combines plant monitoring, alarm response, water efficiency, maintenance, and equipment operations. You will interpret engineering drawings, complete work orders, maintain logs, and support secure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor power plants for efficiency and reliability locally or remotely
- Respond to alarms and resolve operating issues safely
- Use water efficiently under operating permit requirements
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance work orders




- Record activities, update logs, and order consumed materials

Requirements:

- Three to five-plus years of related field experience
- Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification or relevant trade equivalent
- Valid driver’s licence; Class 1 or 3 with airbrakes an asset
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings and documents
- Ability to work remotely outdoors, around water, and in confined spaces
