As Buildend’s customer-facing technical lead, you will connect construction processes with configured software solutions. You will run discovery, deliver tailored demos, and support onboarding. The work spans pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales customer success across projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run discovery with general contractors, owners, and subcontractors
- Deliver demos covering RFIs, submittals, changes, and billing
- Design proofs of concept and respond to RFPs
- Configure workflows, permissions, templates, and projects
- Train users and support rollout after go-live

Requirements:

- Three to five years in sales engineering or implementation
- Working knowledge of construction project processes
- Robust presentation skills with construction stakeholders
- Ability to translate business problems into configured solutions
- Willingness to travel to customer offices and job sites
