As a senior RTR Payment System Operations leader, you will manage business, operational, and technical activities supporting 24-hour, 365-day operations. You will guide roadmap planning, stakeholder relationships, and future-state real-time payments work. The position requires advanced RTR knowledge, business analysis experience, and progressive management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ongoing RTR business, operational, and technical activities
- Champion improvements to exchange, clearing, and settlement processes
- Develop operational rules, standards, and procedures
- Prepare executive briefings, presentations,



and operational documentation
- Lead roadmap, resource, budget, and future-state planning

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, or related discipline
- Minimum seven years’ business analysis experience
- Progressive management experience in a business analysis workplace
- Advanced knowledge of RTR systems, payments, rules, and functionality
- Eligibility for Payments Canada background checks and periodic travel
