In this role, you will develop the advisor network for iA Private Wealth Management. You will support recruitment, onboarding, client acquisition, business planning, and tool adoption. Working with the Regional Vice-President, you will help advisors build sustainable productivity through practical support and measurable progress.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and recruit qualified Investment Advisors
- Support onboarding and early productivity milestones
- Manage regional advisor relationships and development plans
- Strengthen client acquisition, referrals, marketing, and retention




- Coordinate advisor transitions with the Regional Vice-President

Requirements:

- Experience in wealth management or advisor recruitment
- Background in business development, practice management, or sales support
- Ability to coach early-career and growing advisors
- Comfort using CRM tools, dashboards, and digital solutions
- Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration
