Lead scrap metal operations with safety and team supervision at Triple M Metal across continental rotational day and night shifts.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Supervisor directs staff, monitors performance, and verifies daily and weekly operational objectives. The position emphasizes health and safety, quality work, environmental policies, and accurate operational reporting. Experience with ferrous or non-ferrous scrap metal inspection, receiving, shipping, and processing supports this work. Leadership experience, equipment knowledge, and WHMIS certification are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and motivate staff toward daily operational objectives
- Enforce health, safety, PPE, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Schedule, train, evaluate, and coach team members




- Inspect loaded material against customer and internal specifications
- Audit reports and compile equipment, inventory, and production findings

Requirements:

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years scrap metal experience; three to five preferred
- One year leadership experience; two to three preferred
- WHMIS certification and forklift or skid steer experience
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment
