Inspect building envelope systems at Bothwell-Accurate’s Surrey facility, applying quality control expertise across manufacturing and field operations. Work onsite Monday to Friday.

This permanent, full time Building Envelope QA/QC Technician role supports commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. You will review shop drawings, engineering specifications, fabrication processes, and industry requirements. The position initially emphasizes manufacturing quality assurance, with opportunities to expand into Lower Mainland field inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and sheet metal assemblies
- Review drawings, specifications, processes, and quality standards
- Develop inspection checklists and quality assurance procedures




- Document deficiencies and track completed corrective actions
- Prepare inspection reports and non-conformance documentation

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in a related technical field
- Two to three years of QA/QC experience
- Understanding of glazing, cladding, sheet metal, and roofing
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence
