Coordinate High Voltage Product projects in Stoney Creek with SAP, scheduling, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. This is a full time, non-remote position.

Hitachi Energy seeks a Project Coordinator supporting project execution and delivery within its High Voltage Product group. The position coordinates activities from planning through closure, involving engineering, customers, commercial, logistics, and service teams. You will help maintain contractual compliance and support timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute projects according to contracts, schedules, conditions, and procedures
- Monitor project activities, handovers, execution planning, and closeout
- Maintain project documents, master lists, and SAP records
- Coordinate approvals, customer communications,



and scope change requests
- Facilitate testing, invoicing, logistics, commissioning, and handover

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Four to five years of project management experience
- High Voltage AIS Switchgear experience preferred
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and Gantt planning
- English and French required; Canadian work authorization required

Support High Voltage project delivery through scheduling, contract coordination, SAP documentation, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
