This Bilingual Technical Project & Business Analyst partners with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technology solutions. You will coordinate projects from planning through implementation and post-go-live support. The work spans business units, IT teams, vendors, and Chartwell residences across Canada, including Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and technical deliverables
- Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, and budgets
- Coordinate vendors, business units,



and IT teams
- Support implementations, training, and post-go-live activities

Requirements:

- Fluency in English and French is mandatory
- Minimum five years in business analysis or project management
- Experience leading enterprise hardware and software implementations
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong requirements management and organizational skills
