This Director-level Controller role supports Corporate Controllers, Reporting & Accounting. You will lead regulatory reporting for Canadian member firm entities, strengthen controls, and support regulatory change. The work spans IFRS, regulatory capital, reconciliations, audits, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead accurate, complete, and timely CIRO regulatory filings
- Support regulatory and statutory audits with evidence preparation
- Implement regulatory, accounting, and business reporting requirements
- Resolve reporting and control issues with cross-functional stakeholders
- Improve governance, documentation, data quality, and automation

Requirements:

- CPA Canada or equivalent designation
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting rules
- Experience with Canadian regulatory capital filings
- Understanding of reporting controls, reconciliations, and auditability
- At least six years of relevant experience generally expected
