You will advise Superintendents, General Supervisors, and first line leaders while building productive relationships across the business. The position supports human capital priorities, talent pipelines, policy application, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise management on human capital matters and workplace decisions
- Coach leaders on policies, procedures, and employee relations
- Administer training, development, and assigned HR programs

Requirements:
