Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
- Five-plus years managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk
- Two-plus years of regulatory and risk management experience
- Five-plus years delivering water or infrastructure projects
- Experience with utilities, consultants, and general contractors
