Reporting to the VP, HR Transformation and Total Rewards, this corporate, full time leader oversees HR systems, adjacent solutions, and enterprise evolution. The position combines technical expertise with HR domain knowledge across architecture, governance, implementation, vendor partnerships, and change management. It partners with Payroll, Finance, Digital, and IT to align technology investments and workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop multi-year HR technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy
- Architect integrated HCM, learning, and health and safety ecosystems
- Lead implementations, adoption, governance, testing, and change management
- Manage vendors, contracts, performance,



and roadmap alignment
- Guide data governance, analytics, integrations, and platform optimization

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- Minimum 10 years' progressive HR technology and enterprise systems experience
- Five or more years working in the Workday HCM space
- Three years of HR systems architecture experience
- Strong HR process, communication, and transformation leadership expertise
