Key Responsibilities:

- Guide Legal Knowledge Engineering Associates across product development work
- Set vision for Kira products and current features
- Create prompts for accurate document information extraction
- Design, conduct, and analyze robust AI testing
- Identify legal domain opportunities and process improvements

Requirements:

- Four or more years practicing transactional law
- Hands-on experience prompting, training, or building AI products
- Juris Doctor and admission to a state or provincial bar
- Strong interest in legal technology and artificial intelligence
- Excellent written, verbal, and client service skills
