Reporting to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Marketing, this Advisor develops and executes strategies attracting and engaging talent. The work strengthens EVR’s employer brand through culture, values, perks, and employee experience storytelling. You will collaborate across talent acquisition, human resources, communications, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead media campaigns supporting talent attraction and hiring goals
- Develop digital media strategies across social and multiple platforms
- Create written and designed content showcasing EVR opportunities
- Manage career website and social media content




- Track recruitment marketing KPIs and report campaign insights

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- Three or more years in recruitment or digital marketing
- Understanding of social media and recruitment marketing trends
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Recruitment technology, ATS, CRM, and analytics experience preferred
