Operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment as a Winter Road Maintenance Operator for Ledcor Highways Ltd. in Fox Creek, Alberta.

This winter seasonal position runs from October 1 to April 30. Operators help maintain Alberta Provincial Highways while working outdoors in changing weather conditions. The work includes highway trucks, wheel loaders, and seasonal maintenance duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment
- Maintain Alberta Provincial Highways throughout seasonal operations
- Assist with crack sealing and pothole repair duties
- Clean bridges and signage, and remediate hazards
- Work outside in all weather conditions

Requirements:

- Valid Class 1 or 3 licence with air endorsement
- Explicit three-year driver’s abstract
- Successful pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds physically
- Snowplow truck or wheel loader experience is an asset
