You will collaborate with Partners and Senior Managers while contributing to engagement planning, execution, completion, and year-end work. The position also includes client communication, junior staff coaching, and career development within public practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead key areas of compilation, review, and audit engagements
- Prepare financial statements and corporate, personal, and trust tax filings
- Complete year-end working papers and review engagement files
- Manage client information requests and address questions clearly
- Support, coach, and review junior staff work

Requirements:

- Three or more years of public practice experience
- Experience with private enterprise clients
- CPA designation
- Experience preparing and reviewing compilation and review engagements
- Strong communication skills and collaborative, mentoring approach
