As a Bilingual Credit and Collections Specialist, you will manage commercial accounts within Credit and Accounts Receivable. You will monitor aging, resolve discrepancies, assess credit risk, and maintain customer relationships. The work requires Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer account portfolios from credit and collections perspectives
- Monitor aging and pursue overdue and delinquent balances
- Discuss invoices and payment commitments in English and French
- Resolve discrepancies, deductions, disputes, and short payments
- Report overdue receivables,



disputes, and higher-risk accounts

Requirements:

- Fluent written and verbal English and French communication
- Minimum five years' related Credit, Collections, or Accounts Receivable experience preferred
- Commercial or business-to-business account portfolio experience
- Solid collection, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Excel, ERP, and accounting systems experience
