Lead advanced GIS work with ArcGIS Pro and spatial analysis at Stantec in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. This full-time role involves no travel.

As a Geospatial Specialist, you will support internal and external clients within an Esri Enterprise environment. You will create spatial data, produce cartographic outputs, analyze results, and develop web and mobile GIS solutions. The role supports multidisciplinary environmental projects and reports to the East Canada Geospatial Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, transform, maintain, and document spatial data
- Produce maps, visualizations, summaries, and analytical outputs
- Analyze data and resolve technical issues
- Develop web maps, dashboards, and mobile solutions
- Coordinate GIS scope, budgets, schedules, and communication

Requirements:

- Robust knowledge of Esri ArcGIS systems and applications
- Experience applying GIS and spatial analysis
- Strong cartographic, visualization, and data-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Minimum 10 years of related professional GIS experience
