As an Auto Claims Advisor, you will guide customers through claims with professionalism and expertise. You will coordinate towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals while maintaining accurate documentation. The work involves analyzing information, explaining coverage, and supporting appropriate claim outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver customer-first service through empathy and active listening
- Provide timely claims updates and guidance to customers
- Manage claims involving towing, appraisals, repairs, and rentals
- Review repair estimates and reconcile settlement information
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external service vendors

Requirements:

- Two or more years of auto claims adjusting preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume workflows exceeding 100 claims
- Proven customer service and communication skills
- Ability to analyze, investigate, and negotiate outcomes
- Post-secondary education or CIP progress considered assets
