The Facilities Manager oversees property condition, safety, functionality, and operational reliability across assigned properties. This role coordinates maintenance through Entrata, partners with General Managers and Leasing, and supports unit readiness, capital planning, and consistent service delivery. Success depends on leadership, compliance, documentation, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own physical condition, safety, and functionality of assigned properties
- Plan and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance through Entrata
- Lead Facility Supervisors and maintenance staff daily
- Manage vendors, contractors, scopes, schedules,



and performance
- Coordinate unit readiness, turnovers, move-ins, and capital projects

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of facilities or maintenance management experience
- Knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, and asset management
- Experience leading teams and external vendors or contractors
- Experience using Entrata or comparable property management systems
- Post-secondary facilities, building operations, engineering, or related education preferred
