Lead AI risk intake and compliance operations at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, supporting responsible AI and data governance across Ontario.

As a Senior Compliance Analyst, Artificial Intelligence, you will manage AI risk assessments, AIRA case administration, and compliance records. The work spans advisory support, policies and procedures, education and training, monitoring and surveillance, and compliance risk management. You will collaborate with Legal, Applied Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Data Governance contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triages AI use cases and AIRA requests using established risk criteria
- Administers low and medium complexity AIRA assessments end-to-end
- Maintains current, complete, audit-ready AI inventories and control evidence
- Tracks remediation actions, overdue tasks, and program metrics




- Coordinates DLP alert triage and exception handling

Requirements:

- Three to five years in compliance, risk, audit, investigations, or technology operations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Solid analytical, case-management, writing, and organizational skills
- Sound judgment regarding independent action and escalation
- Familiarity with AI risk assessment, DLP, and control evidence
