Lead commercial property operations with budgeting and tenant relations for CT REIT’s portfolio, traveling to properties within a specified geographic area.

This Regional Manager, Property Management role oversees financial controls, maintenance, compliance, and subcontractor performance. You will supervise administrative staff, collaborate with Leasing, and develop tenant relationships supporting retention. The position requires Yardi experience, accounting skills, and sound technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop annual operating budgets and complete monthly budget analyses
- Manage rent collection, reforecasting, and annual targets
- Oversee maintenance schedules, activities, and tenant service requests
- Manage tenders, contracts, and subcontractor performance




- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate operational objectives

Requirements:

- Five to seven years in property management or retail
- Qualified designation such as CPM, CFM, FMA, RPA, CSM, or ASM
- Excellent accounting, business management, planning, and organizing skills
- Strong people management, mentoring, and coaching skills
- Yardi experience and valid driver’s license
