Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the packaging process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Brantford, ON

Pay Range: $20

Shift: 7:00am - 3:10pm, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

- Place bottles on automatic filler, ensuring proper bottles, inserts, and pumps are used for the product being filled.
- Verify the condition of bottles, inserts, and pumps, notifying supervisors of any issues.
- Apply sleeves/labels on bottles and cartridges, ensuring all are in acceptable condition.
- Assemble and tape boxes, ensuring quality standards are met, and notify supervisors of any defects.
- Lift boxes of product onto skids, secure caps or lids, and stack boxes for safe transport within the plant.

What's Needed?

- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift boxes.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic.
