BC Building Science is looking for an experienced, hands‑on Controller to join our growing Finance and Corporate Services team in Vancouver, BC.

Reporting to the VP Finance and Corporate Services, this is an exciting prospect for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys leading accounting operations, strengthening financial reporting, improving processes, and turning financial information into meaningful business insights.

What we're looking for:

- CPA designation with 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
- Strong financial reporting, analytical, and leadership skills.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience in professional services, engineering, or construction is an asset.
