This full-time role owns an affiliated AI best-practices community focused on AI in commerce. You will manage editorial planning, newsletters, social channels, events, and community growth. The position also manages a Research Analyst and passes McFadyen-fit leads to the Senior Demand Generation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow visitors, subscribers, and active community members
- Own content priorities and the editorial calendar
- Launch and optimize LinkedIn and Google growth programs
- Run newsletters, social channels, webinars, and events
- Identify and hand off qualified McFadyen-fit leads

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in audience growth or demand generation
- Proven measurable audience, newsletter, or community growth
- Hands-on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads experience
- Excellent writing and robust editorial judgment
- Fluent English and comfort with GA4 and automation
