Support mineral processing at SSR Mining’s Seabee Gold Operation through sampling, analysis, and process automation systems. This is a fly-in, fly-out role.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Metallurgy, the Metallurgy Technician supports process optimization at Saskatchewan’s only gold-producing facility. The work includes metallurgical accounting, bottle roll testing, analyzer maintenance, data validation, and troubleshooting. You will contribute to reagent optimization, cyanide-code compliance, and continuous-improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct mill sampling, analysis, testing, and metallurgical accounting
- Support process automation and analyzer system maintenance
- Execute bottle roll tests for plant optimization




- Investigate performance deviations and verify field conditions
- Prepare metallurgical production data and technical reports

Requirements:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in metallurgy or related field
- One to three years’ mineral processing experience preferred
- Understanding of mineral processing and gold recovery operations
- Familiarity with process control systems
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
