Job description
Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :* Receive, qualify and centralize requests related to technology platforms to ensure a clear entry point for plannable work;
* Translate business needs into actionable Jira tickets by documenting context, value, requirements, dependencies, and acceptance criteria;
* Define the rules for entering requests with the team, specifying the required information and support criteria;
* Align priorities with product managers and stakeholders to reflect the team's actual capacity;
* Facilitate Kanban backlog replenishment meetings with relevant stakeholders;
* Make competing priorities visible and support their arbitrage taking into account risks, compliance requirements and technical debt;
* Order the backlog according to business value, risk, urgency and cost of the delay;
* Propose and evolve classes of service in order to effectively manage planned requests and urgent situations;
* Challenge stakeholders on the relevance, scope and prioritization of work;
* Ensure the presence of acceptance criteria understood by both business and technical teams;




* Organize functional and technical validation activities for deliveries;
* Maintain relevant, up-to-date documentation adapted to the needs of the team;
* Use flow metrics to support prioritization, predictability, and tracking of engagements;
* Promote visibility of capacities, processing times and delivery commitments;
* Recommend improvements to the work processes as well as the configuration of Jira in collaboration with the relevant parties;
* Support the adoption of practices that promote collaboration, transparency, and operational efficiency. The profile we are looking for is as follows:* Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a functional analyst;
* Demonstrated experience in translating business needs into technical requirements as a functional analyst, Product Owner proxy, Product Owner or equivalent;
* Master the Kanban method, including the concepts of replenishment, flow metrics, and understanding the roles of Service Request Manager (SRM) and Service Delivery Manager (SDM);
* Knowledge of automation technology platforms, particularly in the fields of robotization, process mining or digital adoption;
* Use Jira in an advanced way, especially for setting up tables, creating JQL queries, managing filters, and producing dashboards;
* Demonstrate the ability to arbitrate competing priorities and exert influence without hierarchical authority;
* Experience in change management in an organizational or team transition context;
* Have experience in the banking or financial sector;
* Knowledge of incident and technology service management (ITSM) practices (an asset);
* Develop a sensitivity to security and platform architecture issues (an asset);
* Hold a Kanban University certification, including KSD, KSI or KMP (an asset);
* Experience in a SAFe setting or in a large organization (an asset).
