As a Software Engineering Team Lead, you will guide engineers while shaping clean, maintainable, and testable Java applications. The work includes RESTful APIs, microservices, asynchronous processing, relational databases, SQL, and cloud services. You will support Agile SCRUM delivery and communicate technical trade-offs clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide software engineers through technical delivery and qualified growth
- Use Claude Code across design, development, testing, and release
- Influence architecture decisions and maintain technical documentation
- Review code, including AI-generated code, and incorporate feedback




- Troubleshoot production issues and support Client Success requests

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Five-plus years developing Java backend web applications
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL, and relational databases
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud platforms
