About the role
The Haupt Phaneuf Real Estate Team at eXp Realty is growing, and we're looking for an organized, detail-driven professional to run the operational side of our business. We work on residential, acreage, land and commercial transactions across Greater Edmonton, and every deal takes a lot of coordination between "listing signed" and "keys handed over." In this role, you're the person who keeps it all on track. You'll work directly with team leads Mathew Haupt and Dane Phaneuf and support the wider team where needed. This is a full-time, in-office position starting January 2027.

Key responsibilities
• Listings: new listings in Paragon MLS, descriptions, price changes, and conditional and sold updates
• Transactions: contracts and amendments, e-signatures, condition deadlines and possession dates
• Compliance: SkySlope files and FINTRAC documentation, from first contract to closed file
• Scheduling: team calendars covering listing appointments, photography, measurements and inspections
• Marketing: managing all of our social media platforms, booking photographers, organizing listing media,



and writing social captions and YouTube descriptions
• Client and business support: client updates, our contact database and vendor invoices Who we're looking for
• Highly organized, precise with details, and confident writing to clients, lawyers and other agents
• Comfortable juggling deadlines across several active files at once
• Experience with Paragon, SkySlope and Microsoft Office is a strong asset
• A real estate licence (associate or licensed assistant) is a solid asset
• Real estate experience is valued but not required, and we'll invest in the right person. Unlicensed hires complete the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton tech tools and Paragon Essentials courses as part of onboarding Pay $40,000 to $46,000 per year, plus performance and referral bonuses.
