• A strong presence and established business network outside Québec (United S t ates, Eurpe, Asia);
• Significant experience within technology, digital platforms, retail, media, marketing, consumer engagement, or c onnected commece sectors;
• A solid understanding of the realities and challenges associated with scaling a publicly trded company;




• Experience in business development, commercialization, strategic partnerships, or n ational expansio initiatives;
• The ability to contribute to the company’s visibility and credibility with partners, invest o rs, and largeorganizations;
• Strong strategic vision and a deep understanding of evolving consumer tre nds and digitaltransfor ma tion. Mandat and Contribution The Exter nal Director will actvely contribute to:

• Supporting management on matters related to growth, financing, and trategic positioning;
