Full-Time / Part-Time About the Position: We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) to join our growing team. Our recent team member will compliance with Canadian tax legislation while providing professional consultancy to our client portfolio on financial reporting, tax planning, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and finalize personal (T1) and corporate (T2) tax returns
• Perform full-cycle accounting and prepare financial statements, including Notice to Reader, Compilation Engagements and Review Engagements
• Communicate directly with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to resolve client issues, manage tax assessments, and support audits
• Prepare and file GST/HST and payroll statutory remittances
• Analyze financial data to provide proactive tax planning and strategic business advisory services
• Manage multiple client files simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy, meeting all deadlines

Qualifications:
Designation:



Hold an active CPA designation in Canada (member in good standing)

Experience:
At least 3-5 years of recent practical experience in a Canadian public accounting firm Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Canadian tax laws (Income Tax Act), ASPE, and CRA compliance requirements Technical

Skills:
Proficiency in cloud-based accounting and tax software (QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Taxprep T1 and T2) Soft

Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients simply Work Style: Highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills, capable of taking initiative and thriving in a 100% remote work environment
